Sarah and Erin tied the knot back in May at Davis Islands Garden Club in Tampa, Florida. Can I say, it was such a great wedding and I was sad to see it come to an end! From the start, Sarah and Erin had a vision of having a fun wedding. She also had a particular look in mind too! She chose a color palate of navy, white fuchsia with an accent of gold. The girls wore cute tea length Alfred Angelo dresses and carried bouquets of hot pink roses that popped against their dresses. And sequins! were important too:) We adorned the cake and sweetheart tables with navy sequined linens from Kate Ryan linens for a little glam. There were so many other fun elements that made the wedding a hit amongst the guests: from the delectable food served by Good Food Catering to the Florida Mountain Boys. They were only going to play the cocktail reception, but ended up entertaining guests the entire evening. At the end, guests bid their best wishes to them as they boarded the water taxi and the evening came to a sweet end! Thank you to Andy Martin Photography for capturing Sarah and Erin’s special day!
I had the pleasure of working with Dior and Ryan on their destination wedding here at the Hyatt Regency on Clearwater Beach. The bride and groom traveled with their close family and friends all the way from Scotland. I have gotten to know Dior and her family over the past two years and I was thrilled that their special day was finally here, but sad that it is over too! I will definitely miss them! We started off the evening on the beach, with a beautiful ceremony and butterfly release. Afterwards, we went upstairs for the reception where guests were entertained by the Calladesi Steel Drum Band during cocktails and then danced the night away to DJ Cory with Grant Hemmond. Many thanks to all the vendors that made Dior and Ryan’s Wedding Day so special! This weekend they are celebrating back home in Scotland. Wish I was there too! Thank you to Aaron Bornfleth for the images below!
Back in September Nikki and Cina were married at the Hyatt Clearwater Beach. Their destination wedding was attended by friends and family from all over. The weekend was filled with many tears of joy and laughter. We had such a fun time planning their wedding! I especially enjoyed being the taste tester of the cake pops, since Nikki was not able to be here to pick out the flavors! Here is a look back at their Amazing Day! Thank you Jason for the beautiful pictures. I especially love the one captured from their “First Look”.
What an amazing wedding!!! Back in November we had the pleasure of coordinating Kristen and Alex’s big day! The day started off with a beautiful ceremony at St. John the Baptist Greek Church followed by a lively, elegant reception at Higgins Hall, both locally here in Tampa. One thing that was key in the design of the wedding was timeless and elegant. Kristen and Alex chose a color palatte of ivory and gold with a hint of plum. A great time was had by all! Many thanks go out to all the vendors that made their day so special!
Earlier this month we had the pleasure of coordinating Sara and Mark’s wedding at the Sheraton Riverwalk with their reception to follow at the Tampa Firefighter’s Museum.
Mark is a fire fighter and his father was one of the founders of the museum, so this was the perfect location for the two to hold their wedding reception!
The couple had so many special and unique touches to their wedding. They created a photo table of all their wedding attendants, and had a little write up about each person. They also had a memory table of photos of their grandparents who have passed. Mark’s fire boot was used as their “card box”, and they used mad libs as their guest book!
This past July we had the pleasure of coordinating Emily and Gardner’s Davis Islands Garden Club wedding. Their wedding and reception was very personal to them- a fun and laid back wedding reception. Emily’s mother made all the table runners and overlays as well as created all the floral centerpieces and bouquets!

A special thanks to all the vendors involved in this wedding….
Earlier this summer we had the pleasure of planning Alston and Chad’s wedding at the Tampa Firefighter’s Museum. Chad is a Tampa Firefighter so this venue was a perfect fit for the laid back and SUPER sweet couple. 🙂

Earlier this summer we had the pleasure of planning Lindsay and Andy’s beautiful Hyatt Clearwater Beach Resort Wedding and Reception. The couple is from the U.K. and had a very intimate ceremony with family and close friends on the Sky Terrace. Following the ceremony, guests head down to the private room in SHOR restaurant for a wonderful dinner party.

Last month we had the pleasure of coordinating Carrie and James’ wedding at the Hyatt on Clearwater Beach. They had a very intimate wedding with lots of special touches that really made the wedding about them!
Carrie and James wanted to have a first look prior to the ceremony, this way they could get all her formal pictures taken prior to the ceremony. The couple wanted to enjoy cocktail hour and be apart of it. And, enjoyed cocktail hour they did. Carrie had a self made photo booth with lots of fun props for guests to wear. Everyone had a lot of fun with that.
The couple decided they wanted to have their first dance just after they said their I-Do’s. Right after the were pronounced husband and wife instead of recessing down the aisle out of their wedding ceremony, they went right into their first dance. It was very special and unique.
